Adults who have left the education network sometimes feel too overwhelmed with the requirements of daily life to even think about improving the skills that might lead them to a better job. You may not know it, but there are places here in Kokomo with people who WANT TO HELP YOU get that “one step up” in fulfilling your job and education needs. They offer a wide variety of choices for you to check out. All you have to do is take that first step and contact them. To help you make that connection, the City of Kokomo has put together “1 STEP-UP CONNECTIONS” for you to use. This handy page will take you directly to websites for whatever type of assistance you choose. Phone numbers are also provided.
